Lost access to Web UI after updating to 6.9.2

I updated to 6.9.2 (I think) through the web UI. The dialogue box said installation was complete and that I needed to reboot the server, so I did.

 

After rebooting, I cannot access the web UI in Firefox using the server's IP address. However, all of my shares and files are accessible through windows explorer. I am able to SSH into the server using PuTTY.

 

I'm very much a newbie - can anyone please let me know what I should do next to enable access to the web UI? My extensive Googling hasn't revealed anything.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
