Anyone know what kind of software this rsyslogd is?  

I haven't been able to find anything on google.

Is there a good software to run to clean up all the unwanted programs?

I'm only using Unraid for Plex, Sonarr, Radar, Sab, and Kruesader.

    rsyslogd was remote syslog daemon, check your syslog server setting and try reboot Unraid

    My local syslog server is disabled.  

    Does that high CPU usage mean someone is running some other type of program on my server?
