Are pinned apps stored on flash drive - recover?

I built new unraid server and overwrote my usb drive, but I have a local backup of flashdrive.

I'd like to recover my pinned apps (and if possible list of previously installed apps).

Is this saved on the flashdrive? if so, where?

It would be great to get a jump on installing apps that I previously had.
