How do i route a VM through the network of a docker container e.g. vpn

Hey guys,

 

i got a simple question, but i dont know how to realize this yet.

I have seen a tutorial from spaceinvader regarding the routing of docker containers through other docker container.

in this example there was a vpn docker container used, so question is, is it possible to use the same docker vpn container for a virtual machine?
