October 6, 20214 yr I have a GPU that is dedicated to a VM. My motherboard doesn’t have a GPU on board. Can I simply add another GPU to support a console monitor. Back story, I has having issues with the server and couldn’t connect over the network. So, I am “blind” w/o a console.
October 8, 20214 yr After adding the GPU, you may need to edit any VM that has a PCI device assigned to it. PCI device IDs can change when new devices are added, so you'll simply need to verify that before starting the VMs after adding the new device.
