Javis Posted October 7, 2021 Share Posted October 7, 2021 (edited) Main reference(主要参考): https://github.com/my33love/gk41-pve-ovmf https://www.right.com.cn/forum/thread-6006395-1-1.html English Guide 1、BIOS settings →enable VT-x、VT-d →enable CSM support →force all devices boot in legacy mode[crucial setting] 2、MAIN→Flash→Syslinux configuration→Unraid OS Modify to: kernel /bzimage video=efifb:off vfio-pci.ids=8086:3185,8086:3198 pcie_acs_override=downstream vfio_iommu_type1.allow_unsafe_interrupts=1 modprobe.blacklist=i2c_i801,i2c_smbus,i2c_algo_bit,i915,snd_hda_intel,snd_sof_pci,snd_hda_codec_hdmi,snd_hda_codec_realtek,drm,drm_kms_helper append initrd=/bzroot 3、Create VMs →Machine: Linux use Q35, Windows use i440-fx, both use newest version →BIOS: SeaBIOS or OVMF, both useable →Graphics Card: main graphic card choose VNC, second card choose iGPU →Graphics ROM BIOS: none [OR if enable VM with error, try attachment /mnt/user/isos/igd.rom] →Sound Card: choose by yourself 4、Boot VM,install system and graphic driver in VNC,with driver installed properly,there will get HDMI output,maybe also sound output. Install driver in Windows,maybe should use older driver version My test result: Ubuntu and Libreelec works fine.
