I returned after some time away to find my server frozen. Nothing I could do was unfreezing it, so I held power button and hard powered down. When restarting, I get the error in the image. I created a fresh OS flash drive but get the same error. Can anyone help me? Thank you

    This is usually a flash drive problem, try a different one.

    3. Adjust your preference.
