Can't access Blue Iris VM on LAN

I've been having a problem running Blue Iris on a VM on UnRaid and hoping someone will have an answer. I've got the VM set up under the br0 network, assigned a DHCP reservation in the router but I cannot seem to connect to the UI3 interface from any device on the LAN. I've tried pinging it but the request times out. What is strange though is that I can access the UI3 interface through a web browser within the VM. Has anybody got any ideas? Searches on google have come up empty.
