ImEhCanadian
I get this error every time I reboot my server. Running fix common problems I get the below error: Quote Machine Check Events detected on your server. Your server has detected hardware errors. You should install mcelog via the NerdPack plugin, post your diagnostics and ask for assistance on the unRaid forums. The output of mcelog (if installed) has been logged. I've now installed MCE via Nerdpack and collected the Diagnostics logs. Please find them attached. Below is a snippet. I will run the memtest tonight, but kinda looks like CPU support issue. tortuga-diagnostics-20211016-1244.zip Edited October 16, 2021 by ImEhCanadian Quote Link to comment
Solution Squid Posted October 16, 2021 Solution Share Posted October 16, 2021 2 possibilities can cause this: Certain combinations of hardware will issue an mce upon processor initialization (probably related to firmware update) and can be safely ignored. Your wife has asked you to sweep the floors and you've lifted up the carpet and swept the dirt there. Under either scenario, you're safe (except for the wrath of a woman) Quote Link to comment
