Add output of cat /proc/iomem to diagnostics log

What about adding a txt file in the diagnostics file with the output of cat /proc/iomem ?

This will be useful for the diagnostic of "black screens" with gpu passthrough, when the memory is already in use by efifb or vesafb.

This will speed up helping users.
