[Solved] SMART Status Showing Errors, do I need to replace?

I noticed today when looking at my dashboard that two of my drives are showing "error" in the health status column. I really don't know enough about reading/interpreting SMART reports to know whether these errors warrant replacing the affected drives. I'd really appreciate some expert opinions. Smart reports for the drives are attached. Thanks.

First one is showing some reallocated sectors, disk should be fine for now, but good to run an extended SMART test and keep an eye on it, second one (as well as the first) is showing CRC errors, that's a connection problem, usually the SATA cable, you can acknowledge current values and replace the SATA cables, if that attribute stops rising problem is solved.
