Fatal Docker Image Error

Your docker image or folder is either read-only or completely full. Issues will result because of this. You should create a new post in the Unraid forums and include your diagnostics

docker有一定的容量，估计是你某个地方设置错误，导致大量数据写入docker，满了。或者是docker所在的磁盘错误，无法写入。

删除应用插件，重新安装一次就可以正常使用应用商店了

That makes no sense to me.  But, looking at your screenshot that banner looks to me to be what happens if the docker service itself isn't running (or failed to run) in which case that test gets skipped
