The description says

The TL-D800C can only be used as a separate storage pool or volume on your QNAP NAS. It cannot be combined with an existing storage pool/volume.

Doesn't look like a standard USB storage, which - if it were - you could use through the unassigned devices plugin in unraid.

These work on normal PCs as JBOD so in theory it should work on unraid.

I am also looking into these as run out of PCIe bandwidth and this usb 3.2 gen2 would have decent bandwidth for usb.
