Here is the report, I tried to restart the api afterwards as you can see, but even after restart it won't log in.

Are there any other options to fix it?

I think the issue is your DNS server, take a look here:
https://forums.unraid.net/topic/124963-myservers-issues/

Please change your DNS server as mentioned in that thread, if that doesn't solve the problem please upload your diagnostics (from Tools -> Diagnostics) and attach to your next post in this thread

ah, did you see the "Current server • Not Connected to Mothership" message immediately after installing? It can take a few minutes to connect, it was probably resolved after 5 mins or so.

For me it was like the first 2-3 hours'ish. But the would fit your scenario, just another timeframe.

Could you put that "initial delay information" please in the "Information-Text" off the app? That would reduce false positives.

Hi @ljm42 I have same "not connected to mothership" issue after I moved to a new place. Already changed dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Every time Chen I check status on My Servers Dashboard, I can see "Online" in a second then become "Offline".

Already tried to uninstall My Servers plugin and reinstall it.

This happened to me when I upgraded from a Trial key, I kept getting "not connected to mothership." Signing out and back did fix this, but the old trial license still appears in my menu, forever showing as offline.

Is there any way to remove stale servers from the My Servers view (and therefore from my menu?)

Are all the servers on the same network? Or is there something different about the network of the one that can't connect, like a firewall that could be blocking outgoing communication?

Even if it is the same network, is there a firewall that could be blocking communication for this one server?
