Troubleshooting steps:

1. Checked connections to HDs, Motherboard power, and Fan

2. Replaced Powersupply - Same error

3. Ran Memtest86 on usb boot - passed

1. Start server

2. Start Array

3. (Parity Check automatically initiates)
