Docker and Unraid console (ttyd) and NoVNC not working

If I try to open a console to any docker container, I get a blank window.  Same if I try to open Unraid's console.  If I try to use NoVNC to connect to one of Unraid's VMs, It does not ever connect.

 

These were all working fine before, and I can SSH into the VMs no problem, but I can't fix docker containers if I can't access the console.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
