I have a couple controllers, and they won't be at the same speed. Is there any issue having a system utilizing a 12Gb and 6Gb controllers? I plan to have parity drives on the same controller, at a minimum.

    Not for disks, unless with many of them on some 12Gb HBAs using expanders .
