Yes.  The two drives in the RAID 0 is on my Asus P8P67 Deluxe motherboard Intel SATA III ports.

 

Now if I can tune my Intel i7 2600K CPU and Sapphire HD6850 graphic card to achieve a perfect Windows Experience Index (WEI) of 7.9.
