PLEX remote user issue

I did try to post this in the right folder but I could not, sorry - I have an issue with all remote users now, they are getting this - "Playback Error" There was an unexpected error during playback. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems.  From home devices all is fine bit I did use a proxy to look like I was from Toronto and got the same error, any thoughts anyone.

Pretty sure that is referring to the plex forums, not here.

 

However, if you are using one of the plex containers from binhex or LSIO, there are support threads here for those.

 

Click on the icon on the dashboard, and there will be a support text that links to the correct location to post.
