Lost ALL docker configs after move

I have recently upgraded my cache pool from SSD's to NVME's. I changed the shares and manually moved data from the SSD's to the NVME's. Stopped the docker and VM services and performed the move.

 

Now when I start my containers they are like they have just been installed and ALL config has disappeared.

 

What did I do wrong and how can I get this back?
