November 10, 20214 yr Hello, I'm trying to execute the procedure described in the wiki under "Replacing a Data Drive" https://wiki.unraid.net/Replacing_a_Data_Drive I have an array of 7 drives + 1 parity drive. Disks are XFS encrypted. Unraid 6.9.2 I'm trying to replace a 2TB disk in the array for a 14TB disk. When I reboot the array after stopping the array, unassigning the old drive in the array and swapping to the new drive, the Unraid UI shows all disks as ready to be encrypted and requests entering a new encryption key + a confirmation. Multiple reboots don't change this. If I put the previous drive again in the array, I'm able to start the array as usual by providing my XFS encryption key. Any idea of why these disks are showing as "ready to be encrypted"? What am I missing? I have not tried to enter my current encryption key in the UI. Thank you

November 11, 20214 yr Author Hey JorgeB, Thanks for the answer. Do you know if this is an officially documented issue by LimeTech? This sounds to me as quite a misleading user interface experience - that honestly should be fixed. I'll get that running tonight. Thanks
