Manufacturing/Purchase Dates reset on all disks after installing new disk

After installing a new disk, the Manufacturing Date and Purchase date for all disks including cache have been set to today's date.

This seems to have affected both disks that had these dates configured and disks which did not.

 

Is there any way to get the original dates back? Or even clear the dates so they are blank again?
