I've been waiting for an Active PFC PSU to go on sale for my 15-drive build and they finally delivered. 34Amps on the 12v rail is cutting it close for a 15-drive build, but as long as you're got a few EARS/EADS drives you'll be good as those drives only use 1.55A/1.75A at startup and even lower when the utility is used to slow spinup.
