version of Unraid - 6.10.rc2

problem - after reboot WEBGUI do not start (ssh is working and i can connect  to server), two vm are working ok (autostart), and 1 i think is hanging (Windows 11)

when boot in safe mode without plugins WEBGUI is running ok, but when start in safe mode VM service WEBGUI stop responding immedietly.

Diagnostics are attached, some errors also. (sorry for quallity)

    Please reboot using safe mode.  This is likely an issue caused by plugin incompatibility.  Also, please refrain from posting in general support for assistance with issues on RC or beta releases.  The pre release bug report forum is the right place to post issues like this.

    3. Adjust your preference.
