About to upgrade my unRAID Server, and want to make sure this should be supported.

 

I'm looking at buying two Mellanox CX354A MCX354A-FCBT ConnectX-3 Adapters - one for my editing rig, and one for my unRAID Server.

I'm looking at buying this DAC Cable: https://www.fs.com/products/116250.html?attribute=1376&id=182454

 

After setting the cards from Infiniband mode to Ethernet, I'll esentially setup an an hoc network between my desktop and unRAID Server, and away I go.

 

Am I correct in my line of thinking here?
