I have after a long time gotten my Unraid up and running ver 6.9.2 stable

 

Following the online script "https://wiki.unraid.net/Articles/Getting_Started#Initial_Setup" I should have been met with a page demanding I login and set a strong password, that is NOT what happened, I went directly to the dashboard wher I can do ANYTHING but set a password for root.

 

Well tachnical not correct, I can set a password, BUT Unraid will not save it, and/or recognise it. After setting my password, I am promptet to log in, I write root as user and the password of my choice, and is told that it is a wrong password. Then I try to log in just using root with no password and again wrong password

 

I can unlogged in do anything, I have set up parity disks and data disks

 

What went wrong where ?
