Slow download speeds in docker

When downloading anything through a docker container, I experience really slow speeds, about 35mbps when all my other machines can hit near 200mbps consistently from the same switch. My provider is Spectrum and I run an eero -> 1gbps switch -> unraid machine. There is no VPN either. I've attached the diagnostics if anyone could help me solve this issue. I am using the youtube-dl-server docker/app to download but the issue is consistent across anything else I've tried so far. Let me know if theres anything I can do!
