Got a "Machine Check Event"

Featured Replies

Came home last night and my Unraid server (6.9.2) had done an unclean shutdown and reboot. I started it and noted that it was taking longer than usual to mount the disks.  Once the array was started I had a Machine Check Error in the Fix Common Problems utility. I installed NerdPack and mcelog as the error instructed and am posting my diagnostics for assistance. not sure what went wrong or if there are any lingering issues. I did notice that a file I had partially complete in Deluge was no longer recognized by that program and Sonarr can no longer connect to Deluge; I've checked the Docker settings and they appear to be the same.

The only mce listed in the log was a fairly common one that affects certain combinations of hardware at CPU initialization time and is harmless.  It wouldn't have been the cause of your reboot

It happened again last night, woke up this morning to an unclean shutdown. This hasn't happened since I started using Unraid several years ago, not sure why it's becoming an issue now.

I start then with running a memtest from the boot menu.  Minimum a pass or 2
