How to Get a Docker Container Added to the Community Apps?

I have been trying very hard to learn how to install Mautic 4, and ESPOCRM Docker containers in unraid 6.9.2. I have not been successful yet.

How can we request that Mautic 4, and ESPOCRM Docker containers get added to the community Applications? 

P.S. if someone could help me with the install I can work something out with them also.
