Read error correction on both my CAche drive. What should I do?

There will be more information to look at and it will be easier to read than wall of text in the forum.

These errors suggest device sdc dropped offline in the past, you should run a correcting scrub and make sure all errors were corrected, also see here for better pool monitoring.

FYI: I just upgraded a 256gb old hard drive to 4TB.  I also ran the scrub someone else recommended.
