Lost cache drive (and appdata) on reboot

Featured Replies

Hi guys, I'm pretty desperate for some help here. I just rebooted my unraid server by clicking the reboot button and when it restarted none of my dockers appeared and it looks like the cache drive (which had appdata) has disappeared.

The cache was on an SSD which is now not showing up as an unassigned drive.

I'm not local to my server right now so I'm hoping I can resolve remotely...

Thanking in advance

Check connections and post new diagnostics.

Thanks for the response.

Just to clarify - you mean the physical connections to the SSD?

Forgive my ignorance, but how could they have been affected by a reboot?

  • Community Expert

Probably not affected by reboot, just not good enough to work all the time.

Check connections, SATA and power, both ends, including splitters.

Ah ok, fingers crossed it's that simple. I won't have physical access to the server for 24 hours. I'll report back then.
