Jul 28 04:05:30 Tower kernel: BTRFS error (device sde1): bdev /dev/sde1 errs: wr 0, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 1938859, gen 0

Quite possibly the root of your problems

"Corrupt" is usually caused by bad memory.  Run a couple of passes of Memtest from the boot menu.  (If you boot via UEFI, then either switch temporarily to legacy boot or download onto a new flash drive from https://www.memtest86.com/

After handling the memory issues then other users can help you in recovering from the corruption present

What do you mean by "certain"?

Hello, I can't install applications, mainly from linuxserver. But now I used main dns 8.8.8.8 and I was able to install.

But something is wrong, because I had my default gateway before the unraid updates and I was able to install applications fine.

can you help?

Common "non issue" where for whatever reason the router isn't handling the dns requests.  Easiest solution is exactly what you did.  Assign static DNS addresses and be done with it.

Hello, okay.

But before the updates it worked fine with the default dns, it should work now too. but OK.

my question:

so I can have the configuration like this:

DNS: 8.8.8.8
DNS 2: 192.168.1.254

no problem, right?

I already ran the xfs repair so that can be ignored. Aside from the random lockups of Unraid, I can't get community apps, plugins or docker to update. They all failed since the last hard shutdown I had to do. I was using macvlan but switched to ipvlan, that shouldn't affect community apps or plugins being able to connect & check versions/update.

EDIT: I reset my router and it was the culprit.

Since removing the temperature plugin, no crashes.

However, the box still won't update apps, dockers, plugins or OS versions. JSON syntax error on the community apps page.

I downgraded from 6.12.3 to 6.12.2 and since it won't connect, three of my plugins failed (dvb, nvidia, qnap), so of my docker containers won't run.

I've searched for the syntax error and that usually is resolved when GitHub is working, but GitHub isn't/wasn't down.

Enabling CA's debugging (Settings - Community Applications) and then going to Apps, waiting for the error and finally hitting "Debugging" and uploading the file might shed some light.  I would however also try running your browser in incognito mode / no extensions whatsoever and see if that makes a difference.  (There are some extensions that hijack communications which CA / Unraid (and many other websites) do not play nice with.
