Unable to access UnRaid web GUI or SSH

Featured Replies

I have been experiencing connectivity issues with my UnRaid server since I built it on and off for the last three months.  It seems like the system gets a bit overwhelmed and the web GUI crashes while still showing its connected to my router. I have it wired from an ORBI hub upstairs, via ethernet.

I haven't used my server for about a month, it was not working well prior, I turned it on to transfer my latest project.

I got it powered up and was able to connect to the web GUI at first. I was going to use Krusader to move some files onto my array, I noticed that Krusader was no where to be found.

I went over to the apps tab and I noticed it took forever to load community apps. I finally got an error saying I didn't have a network connection.

I uninstalled the community apps page, and tried to re-install it and that is when I again got a message saying I didn't have a network connection. I thought that changing back to an auto assigned IP and not static IP would help, after I changed the IP to auto assign my web GUI froze and now I am unable to access it.

I have switched the IP multiple times this evening via the network configuration file, as I have no access via SSH or web GUI.  Each time my router shows my UnRaid server and the ip address I assigned but I can not access it through web GUI or SSH. I am very confused and frustrated, I just want to be able to access my files when I need them not constantly troubleshoot, would someone please help me!?

After I was looking to post on here I realized that I have no idea what CPU I have..

I know I have an Asus B85M-G Motherboard.  I am using an Iron Wolf for my parity, two WD Red's for my array, and a ssd cache. I have 16GB of ram.

Recently I switched from using the built in ethernet port on my motherboard to a TP-Link PCI-E ethernet port, I was unable at all to get my router to connect to my server or even populate an IP. I use the motherboard ethernet port.

The CPU I have I don't know the actual model. All I know without being able to see it on my web GUI dashboard is that it is an LGA 1150 Intel 4-core.

CPU: LGA 1150 Intel 4-Core

Ram: 16gb

Parity: 8 TB Iron Wolf

Array: 2 WD Red

Cache: 250gb WD Blue ssd

PSU: 350 Watt

Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide in order to get help, thank you!
