Windows no longer recognizing any Keyboard / Mouse

Featured Replies

I am passing my Keyboard / Mouse combo USB device to windows:

But windows is not detecting the device. Unable to control the VM with ANY keyboard and mouse. I checked that the device works by connecting it to a laptop.

This was working before. Once I removed the Keyboard/Mouse Bluetooth receiver from the USB port and when I rebooted the VM it failed to reboot telling that it cannot find the USB device. So I inserted the USB device back and the VM rebooted, but the keyboard / mouse is not working after that.

I am using 6.9.2

Hi  does the following show the device on the VM?

virsh qemu-monitor-command "VMName" --hmp info usb

example from my Machine

root@unraid:~# virsh qemu-monitor-command "Windows 10" --hmp info usb
Device 0.1, Port 1, Speed 480 Mb/s, Product QEMU USB Tablet, ID: input0
  Device 0.2, Port 2, Speed 12 Mb/s, Product 2.4G Keyboard Mouse, ID: hostdev2
  Device 0.3, Port 3, Speed 480 Mb/s, Product 816820090226, ID: hostdev3

Also any thing in the logs for the VM?

Thanks for the reply. It is working for Wired Keyboard and mouse but not wireless. It is weird but not an unraid issue. Sorry for false alarm.

ok no worries, have you checked device manager for the logitech. maybe you need to do a manual install of driver.
