    Diagnostics download is single a ZIP file, no need to rar it, and we shouldn't have to install rar software just to help you.

     

    If you think the diagnostics you downloaded is a bunch of separate files and folders, it is because your browser automatically opened the single ZIP file it downloaded. Just get the single diagnostics zip file from wherever your browser normally saves downloads and attach it to your NEXT post in this thread.
