I have two video cards in my server at the moment.  An NVidia GT710 and a Quadro M2000. 

 

If I removed the GT710 from the system and only have the M2000 in there, can I still utilize the resources of the M2000 for Plex transcoding?  I thought I remember reading that if you only have one video card in the server, you won't be able to pass it through to a VM but I don't know about containers.
