question about mobo compatibility

I've already got this msi board coming for my unraid server build 

MSI 785GM-P45 

After doing some reading I'm seeing that the Atheros Network chipset isn't so compatible with unraid.  It has this exact chipset:  Atheros AR8131M PCI-E GbLAN controller

 

Is this going to cause me problems?  Thanks for any suggestions.
