Slow File Transfer Speeds on UNRAID Server

I was downloading a 2GB file from my server on my local network to my laptop and it took about 30mins. It fluctuated between 1MB/s and 100kB/s. My array is encrypted but I don't see how speeds should be affected by that much.

 

How would I be able to speed up the transfer speeds on my server?
