Why are identical drives different sizes & forcing parity-swap?

I am adding a drive that is identical to my parity drive, but when I boot the server it indicates:

 

Stopped:  Disc in array is not the largest.

 

And indeed, when I look at the disc info:

 

Parity drive is a ST32000542AS_5XW1MSCQ  with size 1,953,513,492

New drive is an ST32000542AS_6XW1JMEB with size 1,953,514,552

 

These are both Seagate 2TB Green drives, why is unraid reporting them as different sizes and wanting my to parity-swap them?
