philli4093
Hi when I hit provision to get a cert under the settings management access, the provision box goes gray but never does anything. It just has an animated provision button. Never showing me a cert or anything. if I refresh the screen it just shows me the provision button again. If I click I get the same behaviour. What am I doing wrong? Thanks Link to comment
ljm42
Just to clarify, this has nothing to do with the My Servers plugin. You are trying to provision an SSL certificate, which is functionality of the base OS. I am aware of a few people having issues provisioning certs, but they are getting actual error messages. Would you please upload your diagnostics (from Tools -> Diagnostics) so we can see if any issues were logged? Link to comment
indy5
I am experiencing the same issue as described above. Diagnostics are attached. diagnostics-20211207-1033.zip Link to comment

You are having lots of issues unrelated to SSL, I'd recommend rebooting: Nov 13 05:50:29 venice nginx: 2021/11/13 05:50:29 [error] 5581#5581: MEMSTORE:00: can't create shared message for channel /disks Nov 13 05:50:30 venice nginx: 2021/11/13 05:50:30 [crit] 5581#5581: accept4() failed (24: Too many open files) Nov 13 05:50:30 venice nginx: 2021/11/13 05:50:30 [crit] 5581#5581: *924474 open() "/var/lib/nginx/client_body/0000199137" failed (24: Too many open files), client: unix:, server: , request: "POST /pub/devices?buffer_length=1 HTTP/1.1", host: "localhost" Nov 13 05:50:30 venice nginx: 2021/11/13 05:50:30 [crit] 5581#5581: accept4() failed (24: Too many open files) Nov 13 05:50:30 venice nginx: 2021/11/13 05:50:30 [crit] 5581#5581: ngx_slab_alloc() failed: no memory Link to comment

ljm42
Hi, we believe the issues with provisioning Lets Encrypt certs have been resolved. If you are still having issues, please try again and then upload your diagnostics (from Tools->Diagnostics) Link to comment
