[SOLVED] Unraid frozen - SSH partially working

Featured Replies

Hello,

i got a Server with a Threadripper Pro 3955WX 128 Gb of ECC Ram and an Asus Pro WS WRX80E-SAGE SE WIFI Motherboard.

And now to the problematic part. There was one core permanentliy at 100 % CPU Usage and i tried to restart via GUI.

After some time, i realized that nothing is happening and the GUI wasn't responsing.

ssh does work - atleast kind of - i can list docker container, but stopping/kiling doesnt work, transfer files via sftp and view prozesses, but killing them doesn't work.

running diagnostics doesnt work - putty is freezing at "Starting diagnostics collection..."

is there another solution than hard reset?

Thanks for your fast reply, I saw it before i started building the server and forgot about it while building it. I will try it in a few hours and report it back.

I tried to edit it myself, but couldnt find the option to do so.
