Not sure what changed but before RC2 the RC1 variant worked.  Any ideas....

I also have this issue, unable to get onboard BT working in VM. 

Intel Corporation Wi-Fi 6 AX210/AX211/AX411 160MHz (rev 1a) is the onboard PCI device, which is completely passed through and the WIFI component works.
