New install after boot device failed missing docker containers

I recently moved and when I booted back up my server the boot drive had failed and would not boot.  I attempted to scan the file with chksdk but was in RAW formal and I couldn't do anything.  I very unfortunately did not have a backup of my flash stored anywhere but luckily had the notifications set up so I knew exactly where all my drives went.

I got a new USB, did a fresh install, copied the old key over to the new drive, booted it up, replaced the key successfully and added the drives to the array based on the array health report email.  The array started correctly and is currently in the Parity-Sync/Data-Rebuild phase at this time and it appears like all of my data is good.  I noticed that all of my VM's came back however none of my Docker Containers are installed.  I had no plugins or anything.  I installed Community Applications but did not do anything else.

Is there a way to get my docker containers back without having to install and reconfigure everything from scratch?

Array Info:

2 - 6TB Parity Drives

14 Data Drives in array

Cache drive (1TB ssd)

Flash - Cruzer 128GB

There are also 2 unassigned drives at the moment that I am pretty sure I used for my VM's but I can't remember.

Please let me know if there is any other information needed.  Really hoping I can recover all of my docker containers and settings along with all my VM's.  Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
