Error with all USB devices in VM

Hi when I try to change a USB device whilst the VM is running, I get the following error:

It still does the change if i press the back button and the VM is fine, works as if you have just plugged in a USB.

I don't actually see the full error as the pop up fills the screen. Its really frustrating - I don't even see the OK button or an X.
