I have been banging my head on this, searching the forums , googling and nothing seems to fix it. Extending the logs just prolongs the inevitable. I even shut down all my containers except my mission essential ones (Matrix & Plex stack) I have attached my Diagnostics file in hopes that unRaid gods can shine some light on their loyal subject and let me know how to correct this issue.

    BTRFS info (device sdh1): forced readonly

     

    Cache pool is going read only, suggest backing it up and re-formatting.
