Drives showing in bios but not in unraid

I have a dell perc h310 with flashed lsi 9211-8i p20 bios that i just recently purchased off of ebay, however when I get unraid booted, they don't show up so i can create a new array. I did have a h710 in there before, that i swapped out.  The raid card shows up in the bios and the drives are listed under the raid card.   I tried reading the logs, however I cannot even begin to figure it out.  Any help is appreciated, thanks.

    Controller is flashed to RAID mode and using the LSI MegaRAID driver, flash to IT  mode, to use that RAID mode you'd need to create JBOD or RAID0 volumes for all drives in the controller BIOS, but that's not recommended.
