Unraid isnt letting me use both my video card for my VM

I have two AMD video cards. Unraid will run both if I have only one or the other. but it wont run them both at the same time. I did have them both running my windows 11 VM last night. then after I shut down for the night; this morning they are not both running. I tried them alone. and both work alone. but they arnt working together.
