unRAID slowness, high io, high cpu

Featured Replies

Hi!

I'm relatively new to unRAID, I have a rough idea of what I'm doing but nothing fabulous.

I've been having issues for a while where I've had VERY high IO usage, high CPU usage, and my dockers have been suffering because of it.

I recently changed all of my paths. Everything is on a single data share. Docker configs are on an appdata share. All of that is connected to my cache drive. That improved it a little bit. I added a new CPU, went from i3 10100 to 15 10400. It helped the CPU usage marginally, IOwait is still extremely high. Any ideas would be appreciated.
