Help Ryzen 7 5700G igpu transcoding/vm?

Featured Replies

Hello, I have just created an unraid server with:

Ryzen 7 5700g

Asrock b550 taichi

16 gb ram

Nividia gtx 1060

I would like to use igpu ryzen for transcoding and the gtx 1060 for virtual machines.

The gtx 1060 is well recognized in unraid and I can use it for VMs.

Iommu and virtualization are activities in the motherboard.

Unfortunately I can't use the ryzen igpu.

I tried some tutorials without success.

Did you succeed?

If yes, can you help me.

Thank you.

Are you trying to transcode for plex, jellyfin or emby or what? In a docker or vm? This may need to be under the app support forum

I would like to transcode emby or jellyfin. (Emby preferred) I'm keeping the gtx 1060 for vm

I have not used emby but I was able to find a doc for emby transcoding but it does not detail all of the supported engines.
