January 10, 20224 yr Hi all, My parity drive appeared to be dead, so Unraid automatically removed it from the array and disabled it. Once new drives were delivered (I bought 2 this time to have 2 parity drives), I installed them and the parity started to rebuild. However during the process my Disk 1 then produced errors. Unfortunately I forgot to pull the diagnostics before restarting the machine, but attached are the ones shortly after. At the moment the drive is still disabled and cannot be used. I've tried xfs_repair with limited knowledge and success... if anyone is able to tell me how, if at all I'm able to get any of the data back, that'd be amazing. Thanks in advance unraid-diagnostics-20220109-2324.zip
January 10, 20224 yr Community Expert Without valid parity disk1 can't be emulated, you can do a new config to re-enable it, but SMART is showing some issues, so it might fail again during the sync, if it does you can try to copy any dat to other disks or use ddrescue to clone it.
